The project was previously registered on a condominium title deed. However the developer decided to change the ownership structure to a proper villa ownership where the buyers can own the land plot that their villas sits on as well and allow us to be able to build each villa individually as well as proceed with the ownership transfer regardless of the full project completion. The documents were recently submitted with the land department and the developer will start piling work after having the final approval.

The project is located only 500 meters from Rawai Beach adjacent to our Wyndham La Vita condominium project and covering a total of 33 Rai plot of land.

Within the luxury community, there will be a total of 114 Villas with 2 & 3 Bedroom layout options, and more than 30 Villas were already sold.
