Private Cozy pool Villa (land 240 sqm) is a beautifully design decorated Villa with its own private pool. It can accommodate large families or groups of friends. The spacious and elegantly designed swimming pool is one of the main features of this property, finished by white terrazzo make this pool unique and very clear and bright , with underwater lighting providing an elegant and romantic/cozy/party atmosphere in the evening.(remote control with few different ambiance) 
The house is designed in L-shape around the swimming pool. It consists of one main pavilion with 2 bedrooms connected to a large living and dining area. Entering through the main gate you step into the parking and garden then the open space and main building accommodating the spacious living and dining area with a large sliding doors, swimming pool and garden around. The 2 bedrooms are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated with original paintings and my own art design.The bedroom 1 have queen-size bed. The second bedroom is the master and got the king bed.
In the living area, there are one big comfortable sofa L - Bed (king size). The 55'' LCD smart television comes over with all application and Netflix including. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, Big refrigerator, 4 rings gaz hob, hood, microwave, blender, glasses, crockery and cutlery, etc.(fully equipment) Fontaine cold drinking water 
The best place of this villa is the open space close to the pool and garden there you can really enjoy your stay 
Aircon In Every room plus ceiling fan everywhere as well inside and outside
There is a BBQ in the garden (we dont provide charcoal and starting fire, but you can buy it anywhere around)

The villa is private, close to the hotel BTR.

To the right of the entrance door is the garden with nice outside shower design and build by ourself , Additionally, tall glass windows are used to deliver the cool sea breeze through if you slide them.
