Term and Condition
1. The buyer will sign contract within 7 days. If the buyer is in breach of contract, this booking will be terminated. The buyer agrees for the seller to forfeit from the amount paid.
2. Reservation deposit will be credited towards the purchase house ,non-refundable and can not change the plot or move to other company projects
3. The buyer will pay all Relevant Taxes, Stamp Duty, Land and Building Transfer fee.
4. The buyer will pay for cost of electric meters, water supply meters and telephone lines.
5. The buyer will pay for common area fee THB 1,500 / month. (Paid for 2 years in advance)
6. The buyer will pay for sinking fund THB 15,000
7. Price List Above is as of 1st July 2021 and The company reserves the right to change the price, terms and conditions in the notice of proposed this issue without prior notice.
