The space
The entire villa is surrounded by a wall, allowing residents complete privacy.

The villa is comprised of two parts, which both border the swimming pool. A main house with a master bedroom, living area, dining and kitchen area. The second part is the guest house, which has further 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a large adjoining bathroom. The 3rd bedroom does not have access to a bathroom, but there is further bathroom just outside the room.

There are full facilities for washing and cleaning in the laundry room leading off from the kitchen, including washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities etc. There is also a further bathroom in this area of the house.

There is access to wifi and cable TV. Some channels will require a top up to the package (premium sport and movies) and this can be provided if required.

Guest access
The entire property is for the private use of the guests.

Other things to note
Should you be intending to stay for an extended period of time, it can be arranged with the local contact for additional cleaning. This will be at additional cost, but a very reasonable price.

On the golf course, there is a gym which costs in the region of £2 per day. This is a five minute walk from the villa.
