Lila Villa is ideal for families with children. It is located in Rawai, just 300 meters from Ewa Beach and 100 meters from Palm House International Primary School. This is a quiet and peaceful place with a developed infrastructure, the main population of which are locals and expats who have been living in Thailand for many years.

On private property there is covered parking for two cars. The courtyard is surrounded by greenery, in addition to the palm trees familiar in Thailand, you will find bananas, papaya and even a mangosteen tree here. In the shade of the trees, there is a small sala with a cozy sofa. There is also an 8x4 m swimming pool with a waterfall and a terrace for sunbathers.
