The upper living area of the villa contains a spacious lounge with large screen TV and a Bose sound system, dining room with adjoining fully fitted kitchen, master bedroom (Bedroom 1) with en-suite walk in closet and bathroom with Jacuzzi. There is a further guest bedroom to the rear (Bedroom 2) and a twin bedroom (Bedroom 3) with sea view. The rooms overlook a 15m x 4m infinity edge swimming pool. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have shower rooms but no bathtub.

There are two more large bedrooms (Bedroom 4-5) at the lower living area, each with en suite facilities. They both have a bathtub, they are the same standard. These bedrooms overlook a large, self contained open living area with a view out to sea. There is another bedroom (bedroom 6) with a double bed on the lower floor with en-suite bathroom and desk.
