401 Babylon Sky Garden has evenything you need from a bolt-hole in the sun. 401 has one of the biggest balconies in the building, plenty of space for four to eat whilst 2 more adults lounge on the sun beds.The rooftop pool is just a few stairs (or elevator) away. Original paintings, very stylish furniture, including an accacia wood table for 4-6. Two large flat screen TV's, one in the lounge, one in the bedroom. The lounge also has a sofa-bed, what more could you ask for? With ceiling fans on the balcony and in each room, this beautiful apartment has a sea-view and feels like the perfect retreat. Not only is this a sound investment, it is producing an income from day one with the current tenants due leased until October 2025.I spent a year setting this place up in 2022, but now it's time for me to go home to the UK so I must let this lovely place go. The beach is a 10 minute walk even for an old man like me, 7-11's everywhere, Rawai beach has a very large number of great restaurants and bars but also has a sleepier, respectable vibe. A condo like this doesn't appear very often, act quickly!
