We have 4 condos for sale in the same condominium. They are all located in the Grand Beach 1 Condominium very close to the long beach of Mae Phim.
Only a thoroughfare separates the residential complex from the beach. Grand Beach 1 contains condominiums on floors 2 - 4 with owners of different nationalities, even though the Swedes are in the majority. On floor 1 there are businesses and on floor 5 a pool facility.
Common to these 4 condos is that it is a one-room condo, divided into a living room and an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom. There is also a balcony.
