I bought my house in 2020, during the COVID-19 period, when Thailand was closed to foreigners, and it took a lot of courage to get the cheapest price. Now I want to sell because I bought too much and I can't pay the final payment. I bought it for 120,000 baht and now the price on the sales floor is at least 170,000 so you will get a lower price with me than the current sales floor.
