This is not your average property! There are a lot of creative and spiritual people who have decided to make Pai their home, but I can honestly say none of them have come close to creating anything like this property. As you arrive in the hot spring village of Tha-Pai the purple wall and Ganesh statues is the first clue that this might be something out of the ordinary.

As you enter you come to one of the few ‘normal’ structures which is a parking area for multiple vehicles. From here paths branch off in various directions, giving little away to what lies beyond. The first building you come to is their kitchen/entertaining room complete with all the kitchen appliances you need, comfy sofa, TV and other conveniences.

Next you come to the ‘Crystal Temple’ which was hand made using over 16 tons of local crystals which adorn almost every surface. This makes a wonderful space for any kind of healing or energy work and is air conditioned.

Heading further into the property you come across 3 cottages which are currently very successfully rented out on Airbnb with 5 star ratings, each cottage comes with its own private hot spring tub, an eclectic library and are adorned with art and statues form all over the world. Each is secluded, offering guests’ privacy while still having access to many communal areas.

The entire property is woven together by meandering and enchanting mosaic walkways highlighted with a myriad of sacred art installations. The property and mystical walkways are illuminated with stunning nighttime lighting creating endless invitations for meditation and upliftment.

The mature and well cared for landscape features a wide range of exotic tropical foliage and year round fragrant flowering trees. The property includes a vast and comprehensive world class wisdom library we call the “Library of Paixandria”. The categories include world religion and mythology, healing arts, depth psychology, altered states literature, history, philosophy, astrology, Qabalah and over 50 unique tarot decks and much much more.

There is even a handmade meditation cave on the property, as well as multiple libraries each with its own focus, in fact several of the bathrooms around the property double up as mini libraries as well!

The owner’s house is open plan with beautiful teak floor and balconies connecting you with nature and comes complete with 3 hot spring tubs and an air-conditioned upstairs bedroom.

There are many other well thought out areas among the grounds to enjoy, including yoga spaces, seating areas, and views of Pai river and the canyon in the distance. I think in total there are over 16 handmade hot spring tubs!

Like a lot of land in this village only a small section has the Chanote land title and the rest is un-papered. The Chanote land measures 2 Ngan and 81 Wah and there is an estimated 1 Rai and 2 Ngan of un-papered land.
