Siam Tropical

Siam Tropical (Phase 1) is a condo development located in Pratumnak Hill, Pattaya, Thailand. It is 0.5km from the beach with 427 condo units across 8 floors scheduled for completion in December of 2015. It features a swimming pool, a fitness center, a bar, 24-hour security, CCTV, car parking.Tropical Garden is the seventh and largest project in Pratamnak by Siam Oriental. It consists of three 8-storey buildings and massive 1,000 sqm tropical pool area will be located in between the buildings. Some unsold units are still available in each building. The sizes vary from 25 sqm studio to 85 sqm 2-bedroom units. The project will be completed by the end of 2015.
