Luxor Property

I am a retired businessman retired to Thailand. In England I owned and ran various venues, from a Night club to a Fun Pub, & clothes shops etc. I have now lived in Thailand for the past 12 years and had the house built from the plans and altered many things to suit my requirements. The house is too big now for me to manage at my age, and would like to down market to a smaller property. The enjoyment of living in the Villa is. Nice and peaceful Birds singing in the morning squirrels running around and general quietness(no passing traffic). The motorway into Pattaya, is only 1 Kilometres away. So the Town is easily accessible, is only, 15 minutes away. Also only 2 KM from International school "Regents School"
